Creating your own facial maskWhy not revitalise your skin with a TOB home mini facial.

You may want to follow this procedure.

1) Double cleanse your skin with your favourite cleanser. Remember to remove it properly before starting the next stage.

2) Exfoliate the skin to remove the dead skin cells, This will freshen up the skin as well as improving the absorption of creams and serums.
If using a mechanical exfoliator such as Waterlily Clarifying Gommage, Synergie's Mineral Microderm Scrub or Aspect Cellablation, gently massage into the skin for up to two minutes. You may want to add a bit of water to emulsify the product. Remove with either a face cloth, fibrella or sponges with tepid water.

3) Now its time to apply the mask. A mask is used to recondition the skin. Whether it be Synergie MasquErase, Aspect Hydrating Mask or Waterlily Honey and Chamomile Calming mask, apply a fine layer to face and neck and leave for 10 mins. This may be a time to unwind listening to beautiful music, read a magazine or simply lie back and chlll.

4) Remove the mask in a similar way to the exfoliant. Apply an eye cream, Vitamin C serum (am) or Vitamin A serum pm) and face moisturiser. Don't forget your sunscreen during the day.

Now your skin should feel really refreshed and revitalised.
