We are homebound. So let’s not let ourselves go, instead, we should adapt and make sure we use all the knowledge we have gained from the professionals to carry on and maintain our own personal health.

Last weekend I admired a woman exercising in the park. Amazingly it was as if she had adjusted her whole gym routine with the use of the park bench to help assist her in her weight-bearing exercises. It was mesmerising and inspirational.
