Last weekend I admired a woman exercising in the park. Amazingly it was as if she had adjusted her whole gym routine with the use of the park bench to help assist her in her weight-bearing exercises. It was mesmerising and inspirational.
Similarly, as a skin therapist, I have always encouraged my clients to have a good homecare skin routine outside of the salon, demonstrating how they should cleanse, exfoliate etc to ensure skin health is maintained in between treatments.
