Are you Being Vigilant with your Skincare Routine?

As a child I observed my mother being very vigilant with routines especially when it came to her skin, nails and hair. 

Religiously she would cleanse and moisturise her skin morning and night.  Every Saturday morning she would include her exfoliation and mask even if we were on holidays. For some this may seem a bit too regimented but I have to say that her vigilant routine really has paid off and her skin constantly looks bright and healthy.

Naturally I followed in her footsteps and when it comes to skincare I do and have a strict routine. Having had problematic skin I feel being vigilant is the answer.  It does not matter how tired I am at night my skincare routine continues.

I treat clients who are not that vigilant yet invest in good skincare products and many use Vitamin serums.  The only problem is that they are not always used on a daily basis. Some do not exfoliate between facials or skincare treatment. 

How can one expect the skincare products to work if they are not used properly?  I highly recommend that if you are going to invest in quality skincare products then use them as directed.
